Regardless of the distribution channel used, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to notify us of your wish to return it if it does not suit you, then 14 days from this date. notification to return it to us, without having to give any reason. Only unused Products, properly protected, in their original intact packaging, in perfect condition, suitable for resale, accompanied by all possible accessories, documentation and the corresponding invoice will be taken back. These conditions are cumulative.
Subject to the foregoing, Marcello-art will reimburse you by bank transfer or Paypal transfer (depending on the method of payment used), the price of the returned Products and the shipping costs invoiced (on the basis of standard delivery charges), if they have already been paid, within 14 days of the date on which you exercised your right of return.
